Is the University of Victoria ( BC Canada) Good?

I have got my conditional admission letter but am not sure whether I should consider that option or not.

I live in india and travelling would be a big issue. Apart from that is it a good and prestigious university in canada? and how does it stand at the world stage?Is the University of Victoria ( BC Canada) Good?
